Debiprasad Dash (Independent Director)
A graduate of IIT Kharagpur and Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar, Professor Dash has a PhD in management and systems thinking from University of Lincoln, UK, and more than 20 years of experience in teaching, research, and consultancy, in fields related to organizational management, participatory planning, open learning and innovation, and human development. He brings a trans-disciplinary and intercultural perspective to business and social issues, and can often see promising alternatives in situations that appear like dead-ends.
Ranjana Pandey Panigrahi (Director)
Ranjana holds masters in psychology from Delhi University and a diploma in industrial relations and personnel management. She is trained in applying gender mainstreaming practices from InterAction, US and IIRR, Philippines. She has more than a decade’s experience in the fields of gender mainstreaming, participatory research, training, organizational development (OD), and policy advocacy.
Ratnakar Panigrahi (Director)
Ratnakar holds masters in Sociology from Utkal University and studied entrepreneurship at Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar. He has over ten years of non-profit sector experience in conducting and managing action research, designing and delivering learning interventions, and implementing decision support systems. He has worked with academic institutions, non profits, UN agencies and IT companies. He has traveled widely and facilitated several training and technical support missions to various UN and government agencies across Asia, Africa, Europe, the Americas, and Oceania.
